Symptoms

After an user clicks into the field:
Error during serialization or deserialization using JSON JavaScriptSerializer. The length of the string exceeds the value set on the maxJsonLength property.

Cause

The cause is a bug in ALVAO products.

Solution

Fixed in release 11.1.1287 - 11.1/FIX1 (2023-05-04)

Workaround

Before an user clicks into the field, type a name of an user that you want to set as a substitute (and save it into the clipboard by CTRL-C or any equivalent) and after the click is done, paste this value from the clipboard.
First query will be annulated and system should run the new one that will filter values.
