OA - New request from e-mail - Error 500 - Sequence contains no elements

Symptoms

Outlook add-in desktop.
After user clicks on the New request from e-mail button, instead of New request form, he gets error 500 that states: Sequence contains no elements.

Cause

The cause is a bug in ALVAO products.

Solution

Fixed in release 11.1.1344 - 11.1/FIX2 (2023-06-01)

Workaround

Create a new request directly in the service desk and load this e-mail message to it with Save to request log button instead.

Steps to reproduce this behavior

This error occurs only without ALVAO Service Desk Enterprise API license key.
