ALVAO 11.1 and higher

Symptoms

Alvao Service is a new component of ALVAO product. When upgrading from previous versions of ALVAO, database connection string is not set in appSettings.json, so the service is not working properly.

Cause

The cause is a bug in ALVAO products.

Solution

Fixed in release 11.1.1408 - 11.1/FIX3 (2023-07-06)

Workaround

Set the connection string manually after upgrade.
