ALVAO Asset Management 11.0 and higher
Symptoms
When creating a new handover protocol, multiple documents may be created.
Cause
The cause is a bug in ALVAO products.
Solution
Fixed in release 11.1.1408 - 11.1/FIX3 (2023-07-06)
Workaround
Click on Send just once and possibly wait until the document is created. Do not close the window until the document is created.
When duplicities are already created, delete those duplicit documets.
Steps to reproduce this behavior
WebApp - Object - Print - Transfer protocol inner - OK - Send (quickly click multiple times).
