ALVAO Asset Management 10.0 and higher
Symptoms
- machine identification is set to "Bios serial number
- detection ends by error, when you compare the detection to asset registry, it shows a computer in the Discarded assets
Cause
The cause is a bug in ALVAO products.
Solution
Fixed in release 11.1.2039 - 11.1/SP1 (2023-09-14)
Workaround
Remove computer from Discarded assets or change BIOS serial number on it.
