Alvao Service - an error "Not a valid Win32 FileTime. (Parameter 'fileTime')" is displayed in the log

Symptoms

  • An error is displayed in the log:
    Organization: Default | Alvao.Service.Services.Implementation.DetectionsService.LoadDetectionFromStream Error: Not a valid Win32 FileTime. (Parameter 'fileTime')
System.ArgumentOutOfRangeException: Not a valid Win32 FileTime. (Parameter 'fileTime')
...
  • Detection is not loaded, ends in "Failed" folder

    • Cause

    The cause is a bug in ALVAO products.

    Solution

    Fixed in release 11.1.2039 - 11.1/SP1 (2023-09-14)
