Cause
The cause is a bug in ALVAO products.
Solution
Fixed in release 11.1.1464 - 11.1/FIX4 (2023-08-03)
Workaround
Delete all folder registry keys named Record# under location Recent Database List at:
Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\ALC\Service Desk\Recent Database List br> br>
or Počítač\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\ALC\Service Desk\Recent Database List if your system has Czech localization.
Steps to reproduce this behavior
Old connection string to the database is now deprecated (server migration etc).
