ALVAO Asset Management 11.1 and higher
Symptoms
- multiple products is selected in the Software view
- an error is displayed
Cause
The cause is a bug in ALVAO products.
Solution
Fixed in release 11.1.1464 - 11.1/FIX4 (2023-08-03)
Workaround
If you want to allocate a licence, select only one product at a time and repeat the action for another product if necessary.
