Symptoms
If the method of signing the handover protocol is "on paper", when a generated document is downloaded, its name is only the GUID.
Cause
The cause is a bug in ALVAO products.
Solution
Fixed in release 11.2.1134 - ALVAO 11.2 (Q2 2024)
Workaround
Rename the file manually
