OA content is not displayed after logging in

Symptoms
The user logs in. However, the OA content is not displayed after logging in. The area remains grayed out, or it says that no license is issued.
Cause
The cause is a bug in ALVAO products.
Solution
Fixed in release 11.1.1464 - 11.1/FIX4 (2023-08-03)
