ALVAO for Outlook - Communication tab - User portraits are not visible if SD or AM Enterperise API is not activated

Symptoms
Customers that don't have either SD or AM Enterprise API can't see user portraits in communication tab in the ALVAO for Outlook add-in.
Cause
The cause is a bug in ALVAO products.
Solution
Fixed in release 11.1.1464 - 11.1/FIX4 (2023-08-03)
