ALVAO Asset Management 11.0 and higher

Symptoms

If a difference handover report (e.g. for software) is printed on a user, the handover date is several years in the past because it corresponds to the last user move in the object tree.

Cause

The cause is a bug in ALVAO products.

Solution

Fixed in release 11.1.2098 - ALVAO 11.1/SP1 FIX5 (Q4 2023)

Workaround

Change the transfer date manually
