WA: New request - Assign to me is sometimes pre-selected

Symptoms
When the new request form is loaded and the last selected service was that in which logged-in user does not have a solver team permissions, the choice for Assign to me is mistakenly selected in the background.
If a user then selects a different service in which he does have a solver team permissions, Assign to me is already pre-selected and if he manually does not uncheck this choice, the request will be automatically assigned to him.
Different scenario: New linked request - requester is exceptional solver on the selected service - request is always assigned to him automatically.
Different scenario 2: This bug can also assign request to the requester that does not have any solver permissions on the selected service.

Fixed in release 11.1.2098 - 11.1/SP1 FIX5 (2023-10-05)
Workaround
Deselect this choice manually.
Steps to reproduce this behavior
On the first form load, logged-in user does not have a solver team permissions on the last selected service.
