ALVAO Service Desk 11.1 and higher

Symptoms

When an user try to do one of the following: Save a message to the log of request (add-in from AppSource) or Create a new request from selected message - Instead of action complete, an error is returned.

Solution

Fixed in release 11.1.2152 - 11.1/SP1 FIX6 (2023-11-02)

Workaround

You can use desktop version of add-in.

Steps to reproduce this behavior

Try to save a message (some e-mail from mailbox) that includes another message (e-mail) as an attachment file.
