Target service has some required custom field on the New request form, it is not possible to create automatic request to this service even when this field is filled on the request template
If target service has some required custom field defined on the New request form, it is not possible to create a new automatic request to this service.

Cause

The cause is a bug in ALVAO products.

Solution

Fixed in release 11.1.2152 - 11.1/SP1 FIX6 (2023-11-02)

Workaround

Until a FIX is deployed, make this custom field non-required on that service.
