WA - User - Settings - Settings backup - Not visible with only AM license key

                Symptoms
                Customers with only the AM license key does not see Settings backup in the User's Settings menu.
                Cause

                Solution
                Fixed in release 11.1.2214 - 11.1/SP1 FIX7 (2023-12-07) 
                Workaround
                It is still possible to use this functionality. 
In the web browser, go to the address: {customer's WebApp address}/Person/SettingsBackup
