Alvao Service - Error in detection evaluation - Internal connection fatal error

Symptoms

Sometimes there is an error in the log: Alvao.Service.Services.Implementation.DetectionsService.EvaluateDetections Error in detection evaluation System.InvalidOperationException: Internal connection fatal error. Assets have status "Waiting for the detection evaluation." in the detection log.

Cause

The cause is a bug in ALVAO products.

Solution

Fixed in release 11.2.1134 - 11.2 (2024-04-11)

Workaround

Try to to repeat the detection evaluation on the asset manually.

Steps to reproduce this behavior

Happens randomly when there is a lot of detections to evaluate. Start detections manually on larger amount of assets.
