WA: Administration - Service Desk - Service - Import - Popup window is not openned on chromium-based browsers

Symptoms

After using the Import command in WA - Administration - Service Desk - Services, the file explorer will appear to select the xml with the exported service. After selecting the file, nothing happens (no import check popup window opens).

Cause

The cause is due to a change in security rules for opening popups in chromium-based browsers.

Solution

Fixed in release 11.1.2214 - 11.1/SP1 FIX7 (2023-12-07)

Workaround

Temporarily use another browser (e.g. Mozilla Firefox)
