SD - Custom forms - Date and Datetime fields may not be possible to select

ALVAO Service Desk 11.0 and higher
Symptoms
It can happen that on the form itself the Date or Datetime item is wrongly indented and the click is prevented by the item below it.
This only happens when the screen is minimized (e.g. in a popup window).
Cause
The cause is a bug in ALVAO products.
Solution
Fixed in release 11.1.2270 - 11.1/SP1 FIX8 (2024-01-04)
Workaround
Maximize the window size.
