SD - Service - Loading messages - Messages are loaded over and over again

Symptoms

E-mail messages are loaded over and over again.

Cause

The cause is a bug in ALVAO products.

Solution

Workaround

Turn on at least one of these choices on the Loading messages service settings:

  1. Load unread messages only (and also Mark uploaded messages as read)
  2. Transfer uploaded messages to
  3. Delete uploaded messages

Steps to reproduce this behavior

  1. Turn off these choices on the Loading messages service settings:
    • Load unread messages only
    • Transfer uploaded messages to
    • Delete uploaded messages
  2. Messages then remain in the folder and are therefore read over and over again.
