SD - Grid view - Popover menu cannot be closed in some scenarios

Symptoms

Objects - Detail - Child objects
Ticket - Detail - Child tickets

When the popover menu from a grid view is opened before the grid is loaded, the arrow near a view name disappears and popover menu could not be closed.

Cause

The cause is a bug in ALVAO products.

Solution

Fix planned for release 11.2/FIX1 (2024-05-02)

Workaround

wait for a grid to load before opening a popover menu

Steps to reproduce this behavior

Objects - Detail - Child objects
click on an arrow near a grid view name before the grid is loaded
popover menu is displayed
arrow near the grid name disappears and the menu could not be closed without a page refresh
