Symptoms
Error 500: String cannot be of zero length. Parameter name: oldValue
Cause
The cause is a bug in ALVAO products.
Solution
Fixed in release 11.2.1347 - 11.2/FIX1 (2024-05-16)
Workaround
Create a new ticket in the SD manually and load this email via command Save to ticket log instead.
Steps to reproduce this behavior
There are some empty html elements <pre> in the HTML body.
For example:
