AM WA - Objects - Print/Move - Error 500 Specified argument was out of the range of valid values

ALVAO Asset Management 11.1 and higher

Symptoms

You may get a 500 error after using the Move or Print command. This happens if the object is not selected in the object tree but its detail is shown (e.g. after creation).

Cause

The cause is a bug in ALVAO products.

Solution

Fixed in release 11.1.2377 - 11.1/SP1 FIX10 (2024-03-07)

Workaround

Select the object in the tree manually.
