ALVAO for Outlook / ALVAO for Teams / REST API - New ticket - Ticket reporter - Returns an error

ALVAO for Outlook 11.1 and higher
Symptoms
New ticket from ALVAO for Outlook, ALVAO for Teams or REST API.
Creator of the ticket has only Ticket reporter role on the service.
REST API returns an error - creator does not have permissions to create event in the ticket log.
Cause
The cause is a bug in ALVAO products.
Solution
Fixed in release 11.2.1486 - 11.2/FIX3 (2024-07-04)
Workaround
Assign role Reader to all users that are only Ticket reporters on the services.
Steps to reproduce this behavior
User that wants to create a ticket in the target service has only Ticker reporter role in this service.
