ALVAO Asset Management 10.0 and higher
Symptoms
- the REP template was used
- for handover protocol, an own print template is used
- the print template filters the transferred assets so that the table of transferred assets does not include all objects that have an Inventory or Asset number
- objects that were not displayed in the asset handover table on the handover report are also linked to the generated document
Cause
The cause is that the user can "program" the REP print template freely, so that it can display any child objects from the object selected before printing.

Workaround
Use the "internal handover protocol - differential" and before printing, select only the assets that really should appear on the handover report
