ALVAO Service Desk 11.1 and higher

Symptoms

If custom javascript is set up on a service and then the license that makes the javascript available is removed, the code is still executed and cannot be edited or removed.

Cause

The cause is a bug in ALVAO products.

Solution

Fix planned for release 11.3/RTM (2025-04-10)
