ALVAO 11.1 and higher
Symptoms
CPU usage is between 80% - 100% and emails are sent with a delay of tens of minutes.
Cause
The cause is a bug in ALVAO products.
Solution
Fixed in release 11.2.1134 - 11.2 (2024-04-11)

Steps to reproduce this behavior
There has to be a large e-mail message in the queue (tens of MBs).
