ALVAO Service Desk 11.1 and higher
Symptoms
A ticket is not created if it is scheduled for a workday and there is currently a holiday in any region (CZ, UK, US).
Cause
The cause is a bug in ALVAO products.
Solution
Fix planned for release 25.1/RTM (2025-04-10)
Workaround
Create the ticket from the template manually as well as the link to the previous one
