Objects - Print: Large number of assets can end in error (500 Execution timeout expired)

ALVAO Asset Management 10.4 and higher

Symptoms

If the printing is performed on a large number of assets (more than 1000 objects), the generation of the print preview may end with the error "500 Execution timeout expired".

Cause

The cause is a bug in ALVAO products.

Solution

Fix planned for release 25.2/RTM (2025-07-03)

Workaround

Split assets into smaller batches and create multiple documents.
