Symptoms

There is an error "The UPDATE statement conflicted with the FOREIGN KEY constraint "FK_tblDetect_DetectSourceMethod"" in the Alvao Service log.
Some scans are not loaded.

Cause

The cause is a bug in ALVAO products.

Solution

Fix planned for release 25.2/RTM (2025-07-03)
