Get to the next level of automation with Zabbix.

Integration:
  1. Create new media type in Zabbix
  2. Set type Webhook
  3. Setup parameters
    • alvao_url – URL of ALVAO REST API service, eq. http://localhost/AlvaoRestApi/
    • alvao_user – User name of ALVAO user
    • alvao_password – Password of ALVAO user
    • alvao_service_id – ID of ALVAO service, eg. 3
    • alvao_requestor_id – ID of ticket requestor. Use same user as in parameter alvao_user
    • alvao_subject – Subject of created ticket
    • alvao_text – Body of created ticket
  4. Paste script from file AlvaoZabbixIntegration.txt into Script property
  5. Configure alert actions to call this webhook on a specific event.
