Ticket items

In this window, you can add additional data fields to tickets that are controlled by the process you are editing. All tickets in all services that use the edited process have data fields listed here.

The data fields listed here are to the members of the solution teams of those services, including exceptional solvers and readers, are automatically displayed in the ticket on the General tab, as well as in the New Ticket and Edit ticket forms.

Options:

  • Command panel
    • Add - add a new ticket field to the process.
    • Remove - remove the selected field from the process.
  • Item table - the table shows the fields that are currently included in the process. You can customize the table as needed.
Tip:
For each workflow status, set the required fields that must be completed before the ticket can move to that status (Administration - Service Desk - Processes - Process - solving process - Status - Edit - General - Required items).
