Add service team roles
The form is used to set user service team roles in services. One user (or group) can have multiple roles.
At the top select to which services apply team service role, and at the bottom, select the user role whose permissions you want to enable.
Options:
- Select the services for which you want to set service team roles - select the service or multiple services to which the roles will apply.
- Service team roles
- Main solver - add main solver permissions in the selected services.
- Manager - add manager permissions in selected services.
- Solver - add solver permissions in selected services.
- Solver group - add solver group permissions in selected services.
- Exceptional solver - add permissions in a service.
- Tickets reporter - add reporter permissions in selected services.
- Reader - add reader permissions in selected services.
- For requesters from the group - if you want to use multiple service teams, select the group of requesters to which the roles applies. You cannot select the group of requesters when roles are denied. Service team roles can only be denied for requesters from the group All.
