Software product status

Edit status of the selected product.

Options:

Status values
- Unclassified - Use of the product within the organization is not approved (default).
- Approving - The process of approving the product for use within the organization is in progress.
- Approved - The product is approved for use within the organization.
  - Approved version - enter the version of approval.
- Approved – retirement planned - The product is approved for use, however, this is an older version of product that will be retired on the specified date.
  - Approved version
  - Will be retired - select the date of the retirement.
- Retired - The product was excluded from operation.
- Rejected - Use of the product within the organization was rejected during the approval process.
