Deleting News

You can delete old news from the list with the Delete command.
If you want to archive old news, assign a date for that news in the Display to item. Once this date has passed, the news will disappear from the Portal and it will be greyed out in the Current information window. For better orientation among current and archived news, you can sort (see ALVAO Asset Management, Sorting Values) and filter (see ALVAO Asset Management, Filter) the news by the Viewed column.
