Sending messages

The window serves to basic setting the messages sending in the ALVAO system.

Options:

• SMTP Server
  • Address – enter the SMTP Server address.
  • Port – enter the port number which the SMTP Server communicates on.
  • Authentication – select the login type from the menu.
  • Username – enter the user name.
  • Password – enter the password.
  • SSL – enable if you want to use secured (encrypted) connection.
• Message sender
  • Address – enter the address for sending messages.
    Example: "ALVAO DontReply <do-not-reply@domain.com>
  Warning:
  System does not allow receiving messages, so we recommend entering a non-existent address or an address where you can arrange message collection in a different way.
