Manage
The Manage menu contains the options for system settings and the ALVAO system individual products management.
Options:
- Users – displays a list of users in the main window. For detailed information refer to User management.
- Groups – displays a user groups list in the main window.
- Asset Management
- Software profiles – creating a set of profiles where you can specify which software is allowed, which software is forbidden, and which software is required.
- SAM – alerts – setting up automatic notification of missing licenses.
- Signing Documents over Web – setting up document signing over web.
- Settings... – global settings for ALVAO Asset Management.
- Service Desk
- Services – displays a list of services in the main window.
- SLA – displays a list of SLAs in the main window.
- Operating hours – used to define operating days and hours.
- Approval schemes – setting the process of request approval.
- Organization – displays a list of services in the main window.
- Request Categories – displays a list of services in the main window.
- Processes – define visible request items and the workflow. The process can be then assigned to one or more services.
- Settings... – global settings for ALVAO Service Desk.
- Monitoring
- Computers – settings and administration of the computers which are to be monitored.
- Settings... – global settings for ALVAO Monitoring.
- Servers... – server administration.
- Rules for incoming messages – user-defined rules for receiving incoming messages.
- Languages – settings of languages that can be selected as preferred by system users.
- Custom items – user-defined items which can be added to various entities.
- Settings... – common settings for ALVAO products.
