Service - Permissions

The window allows to add and remove permissions on the service to user or user group.

Options:

  • Groupselect the group you want to set permissions on the service for.
  • Person – select the user you want to set permissions for from the menu.
  • Permissions
    • Operator – allow or deny operator permissions for service.
    • Manager – allow or deny manager permissions for service.
    • Solver – allow or deny solver permissions for service.
    • Extraordinary solver – allow or deny exceptional solver permissions for service.
    • Reader – allow or deny reader permissions for service.
  • Solver with the privilege to remove the request
    • main – allow or deny permissions for service.
    • secondary – allow or deny permissions for service.
  • For requesters from the group – if you want to use multiple solver teams in a service, select a group of requesters with the relevant authorization. The group of requesters cannot be selected if the authorization has been denied. Authorizations can only be denied for requesters from the Everyone group.
Warning:
Denying access takes priority over allowing access. The permissions will have only the users who have it assigned at least by one rule and removed by no rule.
Note:
Assigning authorizations to or removing them from a group of users has the same effect as assigning them to or removing them from each individual member of the group.
Tip:
You can find the permissions detailed description on the User Roles in Services page.
