Operating hours
The Operating hours window serves to provide one time rule for operating hours. The operating hours typically consist of more such rules.
You can make exceptions from the rules.
Options:
- Enable days you are setting the operating hours for.
- Opened – set the start of operating hours.
- Closed – set the end of operating hours.
- Validity
- From – enter a date from which the operating hours apply.
- To – enter a date which the operating hours apply until eventually.
Tip: One time rule should not define operating hours shorter than 1 hour. If the operating hours are shorter, the value of the Current target (remaining) column in the requests table may not be calculated correctly.
