Attendance and reporting the working time in requests

The Employee’s monthly report of the people reporting the working time in requests shows a comparison of the working time reported in requests with the working time reported in attendance. In default settings the application tolerates a difference of +/- 5 minutes. When this tolerance is exceeded the Employee’s monthly report shows a notification.

Permitted daily deviation in attendance and time reported in requests

  1. in the main menu in ALVAO Admin select the Manage – Service Desk – Settings.
  2. Go to the Attendance tab where you enter the permitted deviation.
