Request Categories

Requests can contain the Category item. The request category list can be edited under ALVAO WA – Management – Service Desk – Request category. This will display a list of categories which you can then edit with the common commands New, Edit, and Delete.

In addition to predefined values, you can also enter custom values when creating or editing requests.

If you want to display the Category item for requests in a specific service, the Category item needs to be defined within the process used by the specific service.
