Processes

Processes define the request lifecycles, i.e. a list of statuses such as "New", "Solution", "Resolved" etc. The request position in the lifecycle is determined by the request status.

You can manage processes in the ALVAO WA application by the Management – Service Desk – Processes command which will open the Processes page.

A single process can be assigned to one or more services.
