Deleting statistics

If the computer is assigned to other user, moved to other site, or the mode of computer use is changed in any other way, previously recorded information about HW and SW usage in most cases are not relevant. So we recommend to delete existing statistics after moving the computer.

  1. In ALVAO Asset Management Console, select a computer which statistics you want to delete in the objects tree.
  2. Go to the Objects tab.
  3. From the context menu, select the Computer – Delete HW/SW usage statistics command.
Notes:
The Delete HW/SW usage statistics command is only active if the user is an Asset Management administrator or an Asset manager.
