Computer Requirements

ALVAO Server

If you have already provided the activation key for this module when installing the ALVAO Server, the components of this module have also been automatically installed. You will receive your activation key from your ALVAO vendor.

If you have the ALVAO Server installed already and you want to extend it with this module, run again the ALVAO Server Setup and enter the new activation key.

Note:
If you use manual installation of the ALVAO Server, it is also necessary to install ALVAO Monitoring Server and ALVAO Monitoring Portal. Select the Enter activation key command in the ALVAO WA – Management – License menu and enter the activation key.

ALVAO Monitoring Agent

Install ALVAO Monitoring Agent to all computers that you want to monitor.

Monitoring mode settings

If you are using also the ALVAO User Activity Monitoring module along with this module, set the monitoring mode for individual computers. You don't need to set the mode if you are not using ALVAO User Activity Monitoring.
