Areas

Request can contain the text item Area which is used for sorting and identifying requests. Operators or solvers can select the Area value manually or using a hierarchic value list (tree). These value lists are defined in ALVAO Admin under Manage – Service Desk – Services – Edit on the Areas tab.

If you want to display the Area item for requests in a specific service, the Area item needs to be defined within the process used by the specific service.
