Services

Services are delivered to requesters over the Service Desk. Each service has its own solver team, SLA, it can also have its own email address etc. Examples of services: IT, Facilities Management, Car Fleet Management, Marketing services etc. Services can be generic, or specific, e.g. IT, IT/Servers, IT/Servers/Backups etc.
