Restoring Deleted Request Templates

  1. In the Request templates window, in the View menu select Deleted items. Deleted request templates will show as inactive (gray) in the template list.
  2. From the template list select deleted templates you want to restore, and then use the Restore deleted command from context menu.
  3. Restored templates will show as active (black) in the list.
