Agent Run Diagnostics

  1. Go to ALVAO Admin and select Manage – Monitoring – Computers.
  2. Select the computers that you want to diagnose in the list and click on Diagnose.
  3. The ALVAO Admin – Agent Diagnostics window opens where you can view the diagnostics results.
