Agent Settings
All Monitoring Agent settings are stored in the Windows registry, in the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\ALC\ALVAO Monitoring Agent branch. 
Communication Settings
The following values affect the communication between the Agent and the WebService. 
	- ServerAddress – Monitoring Portal URL
 
	- AuthenticationMethod – the Agent authentication method for sending data. You can select among the following options:
			- Certificate – 1
 
			- Password – 0 (default)
 
		 
	 
	- AuthenticationPassword – the authentication password (only takes effect if the password authentication method is selected)
 
	- UploadDataIntervalMinutes – the period of data sending in minutes. The default value is 60 minutes
 
	- UploadDataRetryMinutes – the period in minutes between an unsuccessful sending attempt and the next attempt. The default value is 15 minutes
 
 
Appearance Settings
	- AgentUIMode – affects the display mode of the Agent icon in the Windows Taskbar. The following values are available:
			- 2 – the Agent icon will be displayed in the Taskbar and the user will be able to use the Private Mode (default)
 
			- 1 – the Agent icon will be displayed in the Taskbar, bu the user will not be able to use the Private Mode
 
			- 0 – no icon will be displayed in the Taskbar
 
		 
	 
 
Print Monitoring
The PrintMonitorMethod value is used to set up print monitoring: 
	- 0 – print monitoring is disabled.
 
	- 1 – active print monitoring over WMI (method used in ALVAO 7.0 and earlier).
 
	- 2 – passive print monitoring (default value). This method reduces the traffic when using print servers.
 
 
Agent Status
These values are used by the Agent to store its current status 
- LastUploadTry – the date and time of the previous attempt to send data
 
- LastSuccessfulUploadTry – the date and time of the previous successful attempt to send data
