Text Font in HTML

In the ALVAO Admin you can set the default text font in HTML so it corresponds with your corporate standard.

The default font is set in the Admin.exe – Manage – Service Desk – Settings... on the General tab by the Text font in HTML button. This change will take effect upon creating the messages and events, manual recording of a new request, and in the Resolve, Due date, Reopen, Return to operator, Move to another service, Assign to solver, and Have approved dialogs.

HTML notification font can be set in the same window, on the Notifications tab by clicking the Edit notification styles and by editing the CSS code.
